Neill Construction is a general contracting and construction company. We specialize in custom homes, additions and renovations.

Waitsfield has been home to the Neills for many generations. Bryan and Susan started Neill Construction in 1998. Our team is very proud of the projects we have completed. They range from small additions and repairs to large custom homes with features such as post and beam structures, custom kitchens and built ins, custom stone and tile, radiant heat, and high energy efficient super insulated homes, to mention a few.

Quality, efficiency and customer service is very important to us. We work closely with our clients from design to the finishing touches. We employ experienced carpenters and laborers and have good relationships with our reputable subcontractors. Bryan works on the job with his crew. He works as the foreman to ensure quality, efficiency and responsibility.
